Welcome to ENVE Med Spa LLC. By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our website (www.envemedspa.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Policy

To book any service with ENVE Med Spa LLC, a valid credit card is required on file. No exceptions will be made.This policy helps us manage our time and availability effectively for all clients.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

​

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee.

  • This policy ensures we are able to offer your time slot to another client.

3. Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time to get the most out of your visit.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee will be applied to your appointment total.

  • Depending on how late you arrive and the service scheduled, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to respect the time of other clients.

4. No-Show / No-Call Policy

A no-show or no-call will result in a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service, with no exceptions.
This includes missing an appointment entirely or not reaching out to notify us of a cancellation.

5. Respect for Time and Availability

At ENVE Med Spa LLC, we are passionate about caring for each and every client, but our availability is limited. No-shows, late cancellations, and delays impact not just our schedule, but also other clients hoping to receive treatment. We appreciate your respect and understanding as we aim to serve everyone efficiently and professionally.
